Let me begin by saying that according to Psychology Today, I maintain a “moderately unhealthy relationship with food.”
Obsession? Maybe. I’m a food fanatic that spends most of the time thinking about food, talking about food, cooking food, eating food, reading about food, and seeking others with the same affliction. I do not eat meat, so I find the search for the great meatless meal a personal challenge, a holy grail if you will.
Except that this grail is attainable; again and again and again and again...
This is the chronicle of my love affair with all things vegetarian.
But what you DO need is a pizza. And nerds.
